Pro Zone Gaming Division aims to create and provide a fun, exciting, and safe atmosphere for our attendees. These terms and conditions are in place to properly handle safety, and security, but we also require your help in upholding our standards and encouraging others to do the same.

As you know, the point of our retreat is to come together, network, and to share our love for gaming, cosplaying, and content creation.

As a community, let us be the best representation of ourselves, communities, and families as we fellowship!

By purchasing a ticket to the #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT 2023 event, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Prozone Gaming Division LLC provides these terms and conditions for all who purchase tickets and/or attend the #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT 2023 event. These terms and conditions are meant to ensure the safety and well-being of every guest at #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT, and are subject to change at any time without notice. For the purpose of this agreement, "you", "guests", or "attendees" refers to the individual or entity who purchase(s) the tickets and/or attend the #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT 2023 event. "We", "us", or "Pro Zone Gaming Division", means Prozone Gaming Division LLC., and the "parties" refers to both the you and Prozone Gaming Division LLC. Registration Info

Online Registration for #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT 2023 is open as of November 2022. 
 

  ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS

1. Purchase tickets online in the Pro Zone Gaming Division Shop (see registration page for the link to register)
2. Receive confirmation email after purchase. Save this email!
3. Arrive on site on or after Day 0 (Wednesday, May 17th, 2023) to pickup your physical badge. Confirmation emails will be cross-checked with government-issued photo ID during badge pick-up.
4. Put your badge around your neck or somewhere visible on yourself to display for Staff and Security.
5. Enjoy yourself and have amazing fun experiences at #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT!
 

  REGISTRATION TIMES/DATES
#FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT 2023 registration will open on Day 0 (Wednesday, May 17th, 2023), and continue each day of the convention at different operating times. Registration desk hours are as follows:

 

Day 0 - 05/17/23  | 6pm - 8pm

Day 1 - 05/18/23 | 11am - 5pm

Day 2 - 05/19/23 | 11am - 5pm, 7pm - 11pm

Day 3 - 05/20/23 | 11am - 4pm, 7pm - 11pm

Please provide your legal name when registering, as government-issued ID will be used to verify online registration during badge pickup.

General Policies
 

  AGE LIMITATIONS

Ages 18+ are welcome to attend #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT! Prozone Gaming Division staff and the Safety Response team will enforce this age standard.

  BADGE PROPERTY

#FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT badges are the property of Prozone Gaming Division LLC and are registered and given to attendees as a symbol of ticket purchase and access to all of the convention features. These badges are registered and used as a reference of personable accountability for Prozone Gaming Division Staff, and therefore making the registered person a #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT Attendee. Badges may not be modified, copied, or tampered with in any way. Prozone Gaming Division staff holds the right to revoke badges at their discretion.

  EXHIBITORS

By purchasing from an exhibitor or artist at #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT, you agree to all the terms that exhibitor or artist may have regarding the sale of that item(s). It is up to the attendee to ask about any concerns they have, including but not limited to prices and return policies of the item(s).

  LOST BADGES

Lost or Stolen badges may be replaced only once at a fee of $30. Registration will use your government issued photo ID confirm registration and issue the replacement badge. Should Prozone Gaming Division LLC find that this policy is being exploited, we will terminate this policy at our discretion.​

  REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be offered on any ticket purchases for #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT. This practices enables smooth planning and operation of the convention.​

Refunds will not be given should the event be cancelled due to Acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes, or any other cause which makes performance impossible or illegal.
HOWEVER, should the event be cancelled for any other reason, Pro Zone Gaming Division LLC will accept all refund requests within 6 months after the date of cancellation.
 

  WEAPONS AND COSPLAY PROPS

Absolutely NO open weapons are allowed on the convention premises, whether visible or not. Pro Zone Gaming Division reserves the right to remove anyone who brings a weapon of threat into our convention area. Cosplayers may bring prop or fake weapons as part of their outfit, however they must be checked in by our staff at our Weapons Check booth attached to Registration. Special zip-ties will be applied to the prop weapon to show it was checked by staff. Prop weapons that have not been approved will be stopped and rejected at all main entrances of the convention. Below are a list of miscellaneous rules and requirements of cosplay weapon props.
-No wooden or metal swords, bats, or any other weapon made from solid wood or metal. If purchased in the exhibitor hall, they must be wrapped, sealed, and taken to be stored away from the convention.
-Weapon props are NOT allowed.

-Cosplay prop weapons may not be usable in their original fashions. If a weapon prop can be used as the intended/depicted weapon, the Safety Response Team and the Weapons Check staff may ban the prop at their discretion.
-There may be other stipulations that arise, please be mindful with us that we are looking to create the best experience for everyone, and keeping everyone feeling safe will require all of our participation.

Retreat Conduct

#FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT attendees are expected to follow all of California's laws without question. Disruptive behavior or harassment of any sort is subject to security action by the discretion of Pro Zone Gaming Division's directors and Safety Response Team, along with ultimate action being taken by the Venue's Security. Licensed officers and EMT are on-site and 5 minutes away from taking action at any time.
Warnings are issued by discretion, but Pro Zone Gaming Division directors and Safety Response Team hold the right to forcible ejection from the convention, revocation of your badge and convention access, blacklisting from future Pro Zone Gaming Division events and other 3rd party convention events, or even criminal charges. (Action taken is solely at the discretion of Pro Zone Gaming Division, LLC.)
 

Actions subject to persecution may include but are not limited to: fighting (fake or real), heckling, impeding traffic flow, offensive behavior, harassment, failure to observe basic hygiene, public inebriation/intoxication, or any other failure to follow the rules and directions of staff members.
 

Privacy and Release

By attending #FNTSYXP BEACH RETREAT and physically entering and being within the convention space, you agree to grant Pro Zone Gaming Division, along with all of its partners and affiliates, the irrevocable right and license to use your name, likeness, speech, and photograph in any advertising or publicity, in any media now or hereafter created, throughout the world. You also agree to release Pro Zone Gaming Division, and any of its partners and affiliates, from any action or liability of any nature whatsoever that arises from the use of the materials mentioned above.

COVID-19 Precautions

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to local health authorities, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By attending our event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to and/or spreading of COVID-19.
