College Football 25 Title Update: Save Custom Audibles, Gameplay Tuning & More!
Welcome back, College Football 25 fans! Today marks an exciting day as EA rolls out a highly anticipated title update. Whether you’re crushing Dynasty mode, taking on challenges in Ultimate Team, or writing your legend in Road to Glory, this update packs game-wide improvements to enhance your experience.
Key Gameplay Improvements:
The star of the show? Custom Audibles are now saved across all modes! No more resetting your audibles every game. Simply adjust them on the fly, and they’ll stick with you, giving you more control over your play style.
Additionally, the dev team has made some critical Zone Coverage AI improvements and fixed issues like defenders bailing too early in Deep Third coverage. For defensive tacticians, new blitz plays and coverage options have been added, particularly in Nickel formations. These additions are designed to bring the heat and bolster your defensive schemes, especially against Trips and Bunch formations.
Dynasty Mode Enhancements:
For Dynasty fans, there are some notable fixes and improvements. Recruiting just got more strategic! The penalty for choosing pitches that don’t interest recruits is higher, while schools with better grades will see greater rewards when pitching those grades.
The ACC schedule rotation for 2025 and 2026 has been fixed, along with various news story bugs, including incorrect scores and team outcomes. Several stadiums have also been updated, and Liberty’s stadium is now officially named Williams Stadium, while FIU’s stadium is renamed Pitbull Stadium.
Ultimate Team & Road to Glory:
Ultimate Team players can look forward to more stable gameplay, with several issues around practice mode, sets, and player appearances being addressed. Also, more fixes for player chemistry issues and lineup problems are on the way. Road to Glory received a minor but impactful update with improved scenario logic and text fixes.
What’s Next:
There are still some live service issues in the works, particularly around lineup and set objectives, so keep your eyes peeled for updates on EA’s social media channels.
For now, it’s time to hit the gridiron, armed with new audibles, better AI, and more immersive gameplay! Stay tuned for more updates, and as always—game on!
