Pixel Poppin’ Pool Party 2025: The Hottest Summer Meet-Up for Anime Lovers, Cosplayers, and Gamers!

Just when you thought Vegas nights couldn’t get any hotter, the FNTSYXP crew came through with the ultimate summer bash! On June 21st, we turned up the heat and transformed a private pool venue into a dreamy oasis for the anime, gaming, and cosplay community. The energy was electric, the vibes were high, and the memories? Absolutely unforgettable.

Sponsorship Spotlight: Boba, Bowling, and Big Smiles

Before the poolside fun began, we met up for a night of “Boba and Bowling” at our sponsor Anime Boba Cafe’s storefront (1680 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014). Huge thanks to owner Jason for welcoming our crew with open arms, serving up delicious food drinks, and setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend. Between karaoke sessions and signature boba flavors, our community bonded over laughter, music, and shared fandoms.

After karaoke, we rolled into the bowling alley at Sunset Station Casino, where Pro Zone Gaming Division provided a round of lanes for attendees to show off their skills. Big congrats to Luna and Jesse W for emerging victorious in each lane! As a nightcap, guests were gifted Japanese candies and instant ramen to take home, a perfect treat to fuel up before the big event.

Pixel Poppin’ Pool Party: The 4 Sides of P4

Under the Vegas night sky, attendees flowed into our private pool party for a night of pure immersion. Each guest received a professional photo in front of our official step-and-repeat featuring logos from our incredible sponsors. Shoutout to PixelCon, the official theme sponsor for the evening!

Our cosplay contest took place poolside beneath shimmering lights. With judging by @MidnightPursona (with assistance provided by @under_the_wisteria) and hosting by cosplay veteran @LadyAvianna (plus a special appearance by creator @Kumar_Sutra), the event turned into a celebration of creativity and self-expression. 2nd place prize was sponsored by Anime Boba Cafe—a gift card to their cafe.

And let’s not forget the water relay! Sponsored by Black Gamers United, teams splashed it out for bragging rights. The Starlight Knights assembled and emerged victorious. Big love to BGU for bringing the competitive spirit and community vibe we strive for at every event. Each attendee also took home a Thank You bag consisting of pixel poppin' shades and glow in the dark bands!
